Thank you for participating in the Joyce K.L. Smith Environmental Photography Competition. Please make sure you have fully read the full competition guidelines on our webpage prior to submitting your entry, www.gobroomecounty.com/emc/photo.

IMPORTANT DETAILS!!!

We apologize, but we have run into technical difficulties with our photo upload feature. Please submit your entry through the following steps:
1. Complete all of the info about you and your photos in the form below.
2. Email your photos to [email protected] (No need to resubmit all entry info, but please include your name).
3. Complete payment of your entry fees via the link on the finish page of this survey (a direct link is also on our website).

Photo info:
- PHOTOS MUST BE TAKEN IN BROOME COUNTY
- YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR PHOTOS WITH THE FILE NAME IN THIS FORMAT (in windows explorer right click over photo file and select rename): LastName_PhotoTitle_Category
- YOU MUST SUBMIT YOUR ENTRY FEE. After submitting your entry, you will see a link on the final page "Submit Payment Here". This link will take you to our EventBrite page where you can submit your registration fee. Photos that are submitted without a registration fee will be disqualified.
